To find all the relevant information about the DMCC Business Rewards, please log into your DMCC Member Portal.
On the portal homepage, you can either click the ‘Help Centre’ tab to view the full range of FAQs; or your company’s Portal Admin User can click the ‘DMCC Business Rewards’ tab to be redirected to the Rewards platform to view your company’s rewards tier, points balance, Terms & Conditions and a wide range of information.
What is DMCC Business Rewards Programme?
DMCC Business Rewards Programme is a lifestyle loyalty programme that is launched to reward DMCC member companies through tiered accrual criteria. You can easily earn points based on the amount you spend on your preferred company setup packages and a wide range of DMCC services.
How can I redeem a voucher?
To redeem a voucher, please follow the below simple steps:
- Select “My Offers & Vouchers”.
- Click on the required voucher to be redeemed.
- If it is a one-time promotional offer or a voucher pertaining to a package, the voucher code will be displayed on the platform itself when applied.
- If it is a multiple-use voucher, then the voucher code will be sent to the registered email address of the Portal Admin User only.
- Copy the voucher code (from the email or from the platform depending on the voucher type).
- Apply for the relevant service request on the DMCC Member Portal and once you reach the confirmation page, enter the voucher code in the voucher field and click “Redeem”.
- Once the service request is submitted, the voucher will be redeemed.
How can I earn reward points?
All members will start earning points when applying for services through the DMCC Member Portal. You can earn reward points on the paid amounts for the services and your tiers. Additional Bonus points will be rewarded to you when:
- you successfully refer a new member.
- complete your licence renewal before its expiry date.
- complete visa renewal before its expiry date.
- complete establishment card renewal before its expiry date.
- complete DMCC annual survey.
What are the current club memberships included in the DMCC Business Rewards Programme and what are the benefits?
Currently, there are two types of memberships within the DMCC Business Rewards Programme:
- Dubai Diamond Exchange Club Membership (DDE)
- Energy Club Membership
If you are a member of one of the above-mentioned clubs, you will get a discount on the sector club membership based on your company tier as per the below table:

There are three tiers in DMCC Business Rewards Programme as follows:
Platinum - Above 6000 reward points
Gold - 2,000 to 6,000 reward points
Silver - Below 2,000 reward points
How do I redeem a discount voucher?
To avail a discount voucher, you need to enter the voucher code when applying for the service request. It’s important to accurately enter or paste the code during the application process. Otherwise, the system will charge the full-service fee.
How long the DMCC Business Rewards Programme tiers are valid?
All tiers of the DMCC Business Rewards Programme are valid for one year from the tier assignment date.
How can I access the DMCC Business Rewards Platform?
Only your company’s Portal Admin User can access the DMCC Business Rewards platform by clicking the tab located on the top right of your Member Portal and it will redirect them to the platform.
What are the services for which I cannot redeem reward points?
- Points cannot be redeemed against Knowledge and Innovation Dirham fees.
- Points cannot be redeemed against penalties and fines.
- Points cannot be redeemed against Value Added Tax (VAT), admin fees, short-term admin fees, early termination fees, and security deposit.
What kind of offers will be available on the DMCC Business Rewards platform?
The DMCC Business Rewards platform will display the following benefits for you to select the most suitable for your needs:
- Permanent packages
- Seasonal packages
- Seasonal discounted offers on a selected service
How can I redeem the reward points?
To redeem the reward points, please follow the below simple steps:
- When applying for the service request on the DMCC Member Portal, and on the confirmation page, you will have a specific field for the reward points and a note with your current reward points balance.
- You can enter the required number of reward points to be redeemed against the service request and click “Redeem”.
- Once the service request is submitted, the reward points will be blocked and upon closure, the reward points will be redeemed.
How will I know when my earned points are about to expire?
You will be notified about the number of points due for expiry 90 days in advance. You can also check your reward points expiry details on the DMCC Business Rewards Programme platform under the tab “My rewards expiry details”.
Who is eligible to refer someone through the DMCC Business Rewards Programme?
To be eligible to refer someone to set up a company in DMCC, your company’s licence must be valid and should not hold the activity 749972 - Corporate Service Provider.
What are the seasonal discounted offers and how do we avail them?
Seasonal discounted offers are temporary discounted offers on a selected service instead of paying the full price for the service. These discounted offers will be visible for you to avail of on the DMCC Business Rewards homepage.
All seasonal discounted offers on a selected service are timebound and will be available on the DMCC Business Rewards homepage for you to redeem in the form of vouchers through a system-generated code that you can enter in the relevant service request.
How are points calculated for DMCC package subscriptions?
You will earn reward points based on your company’s assigned tier only on the portion of the subscription fee that you paid.
Where can I check the details of the expired vouchers?
You can access the list of expired vouchers on the DMCC Business Rewards Platform under the page “Expired Vouchers Statement”.
What is the process to follow to make referrals?
you can refer someone to set up a company in DMCC by following the below steps:
- Click the referral button on the DMCC Business Rewards platform by clicking the Rewards tab on the DMCC Member Portal homepage.
- You will be redirected to a dedicated referral webpage.
- Enter the referee’s name, email address, phone number and all details.
- Once you submit the referral form on the portal, the referee will receive an email that will ask them to visit the Business Setup Wizard or unsubscribe if not interested.
- Once the referee successfully sets up his / her company with DMCC, your company will earn points as per the assigned tier.
Where can I view my rewards Tier?
You can view your rewards Tier when you access the platform on the top right corner of the homepage under “My Account”.
Can my company’s tier be demoted to a less beneficial tier?
Yes, your tier can be demoted to a lesser tier based on an annual assessment of the reward points that you earned for 12 months period from the date the latest tier was attained. Please note that the Silver Tier is the default tier and cannot be demoted.
Can I use a discount voucher and at the same time pay the remaining fees using my reward points?
Yes, you can. You have multiple options to pay for your service request. You can fully pay with points or via a combination of points and cash or with a combination of a voucher, points and / or cash according to your convenience.
Can I earn reward points by completing DMCC Annual Surveys?
If you complete DMCC Annual Surveys, you will earn reward points based on your company tier as per the following table:

In case multiple responses are received from the same company, you will be rewarded for 1 response only.
What has changed in the service request interface?
After creating the service request and at the time of submitting the service request, there are two extra fields that have been added:
- A Voucher field where you can enter / paste the voucher code.
- A Reward Points field: you can use this field to enter the number of reward points to be redeemed against the service.
What are the services for which I cannot earn reward points?
- Points cannot be earned against fees applied for ‘Terminated by Authority’ Service Request.
- Points cannot be earned against fees applied for ‘Winding Up’ Service Request.
- Points cannot be earned against the cancellation fees of the ‘Winding Up’ Service Request.
- Points cannot be earned against the Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Points cannot be earned against all service requests submitted before the DMCC Business Rewards Programme launch date regardless of the service request status post launch.
- Points cannot be earned against Knowledge and Innovation Dirham fees.
- Points cannot be earned against payment of penalties and fines.
Can I redeem my reward points to set up a new company with DMCC?
No, you cannot redeem your reward points to set up a new company with DMCC.
Can I redeem reward points if my licence is terminated by the authority?
- If you have only one licence and it is terminated by authority, then, points will remain blocked for a period of 12 months; however, in case of licence reactivation or winding up, you can use the reward points. Please note that you will not earn points on the “termination by authority” service request. However, if you do not have enough portal balance for the termination by authority fee, and the company has a balance of reward points, we will redeem the points against the termination by authority fees.
- If you have one licence with the status “terminated/ terminated by authority” and another licence with the status “active”, then, the reward process will continue as-is.
How can I view my earned and redeemed points for each service request?
You can see an overview of all your service transactions with DMCC as well as your earned and redeemed points for each service on the DMCC Business Rewards platform under “My Points Statement” tab or you can simply check the points for a particular service request by entering your service request number or by picking a date range.
How many reward points can I earn if I refer someone to set up a company in DMCC?
You will earn referral points based on your company-assigned tier as follows:

What is the validity of my reward points?
Your reward points are valid for a period of three years from the date of accrual.
How can I be promoted to a higher tier?
You will be promoted to the next tier in real time when your earned points in the last 12 months meet the points threshold of the next tier. Your anniversary will be based on the tier promotion date.
What happens to my unredeemed vouchers by the end of the licence renewal package validity?
The status of the unredeemed vouchers will be changed to “Expired” by the end of the licence renewal package validity and you will not be able to benefit from them anymore.
What happens to the earned reward points if my company’s tier changes?
The available reward points will remain available for the company to benefit from even if your company’s tier has changed.
Is it obligatory for me to redeem my reward points?
You can choose not to redeem your reward points. You can also opt out of the programme by raising a case.
How are tiers assigned to me as a member?
All members are assigned a particular tier based on the amount spent on DMCC services during the last 12 months.
Can I convert my reward points to cash or transfer them to another company?
Unfortunately, you can neither convert the reward points to cash nor transfer your points to another company.
When will I earn the reward points?
You can earn points after the closure of the service request.
Are my companies identified as group companies?
Your companies will be identified as group companies based on a 100% shareholding structure in multiple companies. Earning and redeeming the points will be at a company level and not at a group level.
The company with the highest tier available among the group is considered the group tier.
Tier upgrade and demotion will follow the same logic as normal members – the upgrade will be in real-time, and the demotion will be on an annual basis (12 months from the last attained tier).
What are the permanent and seasonal packages and how to subscribe to them?
Permanent packages are permanent bundles of services that are available all the time while seasonal packages are temporary bundles of services that are timebound and available for a short period.
All packages, whether permanent or seasonal, will be visible on the DMCC Business Rewards platform; however, subscribing to a package must be done through the DMCC Member Portal. Then, once subscribed, you will need to go to the DMCC Business Rewards platform to redeem the individual vouchers for each one of the package services.
Can I redeem reward points if my company is in a dormant state?
If your company is in a dormant state, your reward points balance will be temporarily blocked until you reinstate your licence.
