Yes. HubSpot's help desk workspace consolidates email, live chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and forms into a single inbox. During onboarding, we advise on channel connection and routing so tickets are created automatically from incoming messages. WhatsApp Business API connects natively and can be configured as part of the onboarding. WeChat and WeCom require custom integration work, which falls under our implementation services. Oxygen has delivered this for multiple clients across Greater China.
Yes. Service Hub Professional and Enterprise include a branded knowledge base where you can publish help articles, organise them by category, and track which articles reduce ticket volume. During onboarding, we help you structure your knowledge base and migrate straightforward help content into HubSpot. If you're on Enterprise, we also set up a customer portal where clients log in to track their own tickets. Large-scale content migrations with complex formatting or multi-language requirements fall under our implementation services.
Yes. The Breeze Customer Agent is built into Service Hub Professional and Enterprise. It uses your knowledge base and CRM data to answer customer questions automatically across chat, email, WhatsApp, and other connected channels. During onboarding, we advise on training the agent on your content, which channels it should cover, and the handoff rules for when it should escalate to a human agent. We also cover the Knowledge Base Agent, which identifies content gaps and drafts new help articles based on resolved tickets.
