What are we looking for?

A customer-facing individual from a technical background who has worked with one of the major CRMs before such as Salesforce, Dynamics, Marketo or HubSpot. You would be required to perform requirements analysis, create ERDs, design business processes and work with the project team to implement your vision on HubSpot. You will be working with mid-market to multinational clients with headquarters or branch offices in Greater China, SEA and the Middle East. Over 70% of your client communication will be in Cantonese or Mandarin, with the remainder in English.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Deliver onboarding and training across all of HubSpot CRM's hubs
  • Design and implement advanced HubSpot solutions
  • Customise HubSpot's CRM platform to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with other systems
  • Provide technical leadership in HubSpot-related projects, including configuration, customisation, and automation
  • Analyse client's business requirements and translate them into effective solutions
  • Provide expert change management solutions, minimising friction
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on HubSpot functionalities for internal teams
  • Stay up to date with HubSpot updates and features, ensuring our solutions leverage the latest capabilities
  • Contribute to business strategy discussions, offering insights based on data analysis and reporting in HubSpot and Databox
  • Support the sales and marketing team internally with insights that drive business growth

Skills required

  • 3+ years of proven experience on a major CRM platform such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe Marketo, Dynamics etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into effective technical solutions
  • Ability to drive organisational change and work with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure technical solutions work for people, not just for process maps
  • Charismatic, empathetic and confident consultant
  • "I own this" attitude – you don't just start things and push them back to others, you get things done and signed off
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & and English
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving technologies and business needs

 

Nice to haves

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Certifications on HubSpot or other CRM platforms
  • Business analysis or requirements analysis background
