Sales Executive

About This Position

We're looking for an enthusiastic salesperson with either a background in CRM tools or a passion for digital solutions to add to our growing team. We want someone to take us to the next level in the local market and lead our sales efforts and the development of our sales processes. This person must show initiative and be willing to work independently to learn new software tools. Cantonese and English are required, Mandarin is a plus. This position offers a base salary and commission. 

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Manage and update our leads and incoming contacts in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Creating templates and building with the automation tools of HubSpot to improve our processes and our lead conversion rate
  • Digital reporting through live dashboards on sales performance each month, including developing KPI's (Databox)
  • Developing proposals and working with our marketing team to do research on each proposal (Pandadocs)
  • Assisting with sales strategy and sales campaigns for clients (we do both sales and marketing for our clients)
  • Updating the internal templates and processes for sales in our project management tool (ClickUp)
  • Speaking with incoming leads before handing off to management (English & Cantonese)
  • Market research for potential leads
  • ABM strategy using Linkedin Sales Navigator
  • Working with the marketing team to build content relevant to our sales process to improve the sales conversion rate

Skills/Job Requirements

  • English and Cantonese are essential. Mandarin is a plus
  • Prior experience with sales or account management
  • Marketing experience or agency/B2B service industry experience is a plus
  • Well organised and with an attention to detail for logging sales activities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work proactively when given strategic direction and KPIs
  • Ability to learn quickly about the HubSpot platform and other software we use and to take on these training courses independently
